Coffee, slowed down.
People of Coffee opened on Oude Ebbingstraat with a simple idea: good coffee deserves a good room, and a good room deserves time.
Whitewashed brick, an olive velvet banquette, and a glass-block bar — the space was built to feel calm rather than busy. Upstairs, a second room gives the morning rush somewhere quieter to land.
